Description:

We have reserved a maximum of 20 berths for both Friday 6th and Saturday 7th Aug.

The marina will be very busy over the weekend (3 rallies) and some boats may be rafted on the fuel berth on the RHS just after the lock inbound. Update 4th August - all PSSA boats now berthed on individual finger berths on B-pontoon.

Please enroll via the PSSA website and we will update the attendance list periodically. If we have more than 20 applications, there will be a waiting list. Please also mention whether you require a berth for either or both nights.

At this time we anticipate being free of Covid-related restrictions on numbers attending the social get-together.

There are no plans for Friday evening although the Breeze restaurant on site will be open (early booking strongly advised).

On Saturday evening we have planned a BBQ on the grassy area and have reserved 2 BBQs (we will provide charcoal). Suggest members also bring their own BBQs/gas cookers so that we can endeavor to maintain an element of social distancing.

The evening will start around 5pm with Pimms & nibbles in the BBQ area (to avoid crowding on narrow pontoons).

Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

The PSSA is the class association for Parker and Seal lift keel yachts and other types of shallow draft yachts.
As an active, friendly club with almost 350 members, it organises rallies, social events and an annual race around the Isle of Wight.
Seals and Parkers are British-built yachts, ranging in length from 21' to 33', mostly with lifting keels. They started with the Seal 22 in 1970, built by John Baker, and followed by the Seal 28 and Super Seal 26. In 1981, Bill Parker took over the range and added the Parker 21, Parker 27 and Parker 31. These then evolved into a high-quality range of cruiser-racers built by Parker Lift-Keel Yachts - the trailable Parker 235, the Parker 285 and the Parker 335. In 2009, Parker Lift-Keel yachts ceased trading.
