I'm a new member trying to import and register a Seal 22 into Portugal This is an uphill task without Certificates of Conformity which are required, even for boats built in the 70's. The local marine authority have indicated that they might be satisfied with the information contained in the Owners Manual for the boat. I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of a John Baker Owners Manual?
