Jib sheet Winch P21

Hi,

Could do with some advice.

Aries is fitted with Jam Cleats for holding Genoa sheets.

I want to fit a winch. The smallest I’ve found ( base dia 90) is the Harken 6A but the base still looked a little large for the space. Does anyone have knowledge of what other boats have fitted?

Would love a self tailer but the smallest is the antal XT16 with a base of 112.

Dawn (no 18) has Enkes 10ST's fitted from new - but as far as I can see, they're no longer made. This is what they look like:

Better guard put a guard on Dawn. After all I am originally a scouser. 😉

My boat "WAVE" No 98 has Harken 6 winched which are fine but I wish I had self tailing winches, They are clearly a replacement not the original winches and it is evident that the gel coat has be trimmed a little to enable them to fit Winch.pdf (2,085kb) downloaded 25 time(s).

Certainly better than jam cleats.
