Remove lower trim of keel box?

Can someone please give me some guidance on how to remove the lower part of the wooden trim of the keel box without damage? This trim is not screwed but may be glued (epoxy?).

I want to replace the bungy cord, if possible by silicon tubing as suggested before.

On my P31 this panel is held by a single screw in the middle. 325/335 must be different

I wiggled a scraping spatula in between this panel and the trim if the keel box and gradually it came lose. It appears to be fixed with silicone kit and two small nails, one on either site.
