I have a few problems with the windows on my Parker 27. It seems that I will have to remove them for rebedding. Has anybody done this? How does one get the window off without breaking it?

Regarding bedding adhesive--Don Harvey suggests via Parker that Sika 295 is best but I can't get this in black color--I wonder if 3m 5200 is the same or better. I plan on rescrewing windows with thru bolts front and rear--Any better ideas?

The cockpit of my Parker 27 has a rubberized surface that is brown in color; however, it's now worn off and black is showing. Has anyone replaced this material? How to remove without destroying the boat glass? Is there a better surface that will last longer?
