Rally information.

The event is for Saturday into Sunday.

There will be a Saturday afternoon BBQ supplied by Ashlett SC (cost to be advised). Followed by a walk on Sunday.

Please let me know if you will be attending the event and if you want the BBQ (any special dietary requirements?)

Ashlett SC are having a club “get afloat“ day including a Drascombe rally as well as the Parker Seal rally, so it should be a fun event.

We will need to neatly raft boats.

Ashlett sailing club have also invited those interested to take part in a pursuit event. To take part you will need to arrive on Friday.

This is a short round cans pursuit in “Fawley bay”, it will take about 1 hour. Followed by a club BBQ

Briefing is at 13.30 in the clubhouse.

You will need to let me have your boat details in advance so that your start time can be allocated.

Info required: name of boat/skipper/ type of boat/ type of keel/ length

Please register you attendance on the Parker/Seal website and use the club WhatsApp group to order BBQ and participation in the Pursuit event.

Let me know by Saturday 10th of May

The PSSA is the class association for Parker and Seal lift keel yachts and other types of shallow draft yachts.
As an active, friendly club with almost 350 members, it organises rallies, social events and an annual race around the Isle of Wight.
Seals and Parkers are British-built yachts, ranging in length from 21' to 33', mostly with lifting keels. They started with the Seal 22 in 1970, built by John Baker, and followed by the Seal 28 and Super Seal 26. In 1981, Bill Parker took over the range and added the Parker 21, Parker 27 and Parker 31. These then evolved into a high-quality range of cruiser-racers built by Parker Lift-Keel Yachts - the trailable Parker 235, the Parker 285 and the Parker 335. In 2009, Parker Lift-Keel yachts ceased trading.
