Just in case there is anybody out there who doesn’t know about the Timbrell's Quay Rally, the Association is very lucky to have special permission to hold a rally each year beside this rustic quay at the top of the Beaulieu River, so it is a unique opportunity to make a visit. Just keep on going up the river until you see the battle flags. High water is at 18.30, so access is possible between 16.00 and 21.00, but if you are not familiar with the upper reaches a rising tide is recommended.

We will get drinks under way at about 17.00, then you can enjoy a diy barbeque or other repast of your choice on the quay. I dare say that some may later retire to the Montagu Arms for a nightcap.

We would love to see you there. If you are intending to come either contact us direct (not on our home number as we are on the water) or enrol above.

The PSSA is the class association for Parker and Seal lift keel yachts and other types of shallow draft yachts.
As an active, friendly club with almost 350 members, it organises rallies, social events and an annual race around the Isle of Wight.
Seals and Parkers are British-built yachts, ranging in length from 21' to 33', mostly with lifting keels. They started with the Seal 22 in 1970, built by John Baker, and followed by the Seal 28 and Super Seal 26. In 1981, Bill Parker took over the range and added the Parker 21, Parker 27 and Parker 31. These then evolved into a high-quality range of cruiser-racers built by Parker Lift-Keel Yachts - the trailable Parker 235, the Parker 285 and the Parker 335. In 2009, Parker Lift-Keel yachts ceased trading.
