"Frazzle" - number 51 (built in 1991) - has been maintained and upgraded and has clearly been well looked after by previous owners
Sails: Kemp mainsail (2018) in excellent condition with lazy jacks and “stack pack”, Standard genoa and a smaller jib which is faster and points higher above 10 knots; both in good condition. Original spinnaker which has been little used and is in good condition; comes with launch bag, pole and all sheets, halyards etc, Rotastay jib furler.
Instruments (all replaced in 2021). Standard Horizon GX2400 DSC VHF with integral GPS and AIS receive. B&G Triton2 multifunction display, Airmar depth / speed, NASA wireless wind speed and direction, Quark WiFi Mux (which transmits AIS data to the Navionics app on your phone / tablet). Hawk masthead wind indicator on VHF aerial.
Engine: Honda 5hp, long shaft, professionally serviced annually. Charging coil and lead. Separate 15l fuel tank. The outboard is fitted on a transom mounted bracket which allows quick raising above water level and reduces engine noise in the cockpit.
Electrics: 110 Ah AGM battery (2021) and 70 Ah battery (2017) with battery swich / isolator. 30w solar panel with Steca controller / battery monitor. LED internal lights and LED masthead tricolour (fitted 2018 with new mast wiring). Double USB port. Autohelm 1000 tiller pilot.
Safety: 2 fire extinguishers, cockpit operated bilge pump, jackstays (2017) and harness attachment points in cockpit, horseshoe buoy and MOB rescue sling mounted on pushpit. Hand rails on coach roof and companionway.
Hull, deck and gear: Hull / deck in good condition, polished and antifouled annually. all exterior woodwork stripped to bare wood and revarnished (2018), new decals / graphics (2020), windows removed and resealed (2020). Shroud plates professionally removed and resealed (2020). Rudder bolts replaced (2020). Keel removed, shotblasted, epoxied and copper coated with bottom roller replaced (2022), pull pit removed and resealed (2023). Spray hood. Large cockpit locker to port
Rigging: Z spares mast, boom and spi pole. Mast sheaves all removed and refurbished (2018). Boom re-rigged (2020). Running rigging replaced as required and standing rigging replaced 2022.
Equipment: 6kg Rocna anchor with 6m chair and remainder warp (total 50m), 5 fenders and various mooring warps, extendable boat hook, single piece PMMA lockable main hatch with additional wooden washboards (much more practical at sea). Extendable Spinlock tiller extension (2018). 2 deck winches and 2 coachroof winches. 5 lewmar coachroof clutches on each side. Cockpit rope bags (2018). Compass.
Interior: in good condition. Lavac sea heads (2018) with DZR seacocks, flexible water tank filled from deck, upholstery has clearly been replaced by a previous owner and is good condition. Additionally, removable canvas “over covers” made for salon (2019) which provide protection from wet, salty sailors! Two burner stove with gas canister mounted separately in vented gas holder in cockpit. Sink & hand water pump. Removable table. Storage under saloon bunks and galley with large pull out drawer under companion way step. Large, easily accessible space on starboard under the cockpit (useful for wet gear). Fitted carpet tiles (easily removable for wet weather!).
Trailer: 2017 new winch, 2019 new coupling / overrun, brake cables and rods, new tyres: 2020 new jockey wheel: 2022 complete new axle with brakes & bearings. New wheels. 2023 hub flush kit fitted. Bearing buddies. Spare wheel.
