Mike,

Got this from Yachtsnet:

http://www.yachtsnet.co....arker-325/parker-325.htm

LOA 33' 6"

LWL 28' 8"

Sail area 550 sq ft

Beam 10' 6"

Draught 2' 1" to 6' 2" keel down Berths 6

Displacement 7,800 lbs (approx 3500 kg)

Ballast 2,650 lbs

Personally, 3500 kg seems a bit light to me. I think by the time you have stuff on board, sails, liferafts, fuel, water etc etc, one could add at least another ton. I always say Pegasus is 4.5 to 5 ton.

Anyway, hope this helps?

I don't have the leaflets for the 325 but I do have Bill's original blurb for the 335 in which he gives the displacement as 7100lb (3230Kg). I'd be surprised if the 325 was more. But then it doesn't take much in the way of booze, pies etc to push it up!

OOPs sorry - I slipped a line. The data I gave was for the 285. The 335 was 9490lb (4302Kg)

Thank you both very much.

I'm thinking of having a stand made. I have the cradle templates from the website article but need the weight to discuss the strength of the stand. I'll say 6 tons to be on the safe side as the stand would be in use with us aboard.
