Hello everyone. Today I received my first spam mail to my PSSA email address! :-(
I set it up just for PSSA use, and have noticed that for events, etc members' email addresses are very often put in the TO or CC fields. Now it could have been my carelessness, or it could have been that a members' mailbox/contacts list has been compromised.
I wonder what members think of using the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field for large mailings to each other?
PRO
Preserves privacy and reduces likelihood of email addresses being captured and used for spam
Smaller emails!
CON
Makes it (slightly more) difficult for members to contact each other on that issue, assuming that the email address is the only way of knowing who's interested in the topic.

Comments and thoughts welcome.
