Flamingo's winch stopped dead mid keel hoist. The voltage at the relay box was dropping from 12v to 7v when I tried to operate the keel suggesting a short in the motor. Removing the winch cover revealed that one of the ring terminals on the wires connected to the back of the power socket had come loose, rotated and contacted the other one causing a short.
