The inside is in pretty bad condition and the head bulkheads has about the bottom 6 inches damaged / rotten from damp or water.

Has anyone replaced any of these bulkheads?

Of the 3, I assume that the "door" one is structural, but what about the other 2? Could I get away with removing and replacing or do I need to brace the roof to spport the mast while I do it?

I will also need to replace the flooring. It's all single planks, screwed down. I would replace with larger pieces that can be lifted. Anyone got a template to save me creating one?
