HW Portsmouth 21.56
Newtown River is always a popular venue, unspoilt and peaceful, until we arrive, with a choice of anchoring or a mooring buoy if you’re lucky.
This is what it looked like last year, though we can’t promise to have the rainbow laid on this year.
Proceedings will probably follow the familiar pattern of drinks on Tara to see how many people you can fit on a Super Seal, followed by a barbeque on the spit. There is the alternative of a pub in Shalfleet but from past experience it seems the weather has to be pretty dire to put a hardened PSSA member off having a barbeque.
Do come along, next left past Cowes and look out for the battle flags.
Please let us know if you are intending to come.
