Anyone have experience of fitting an electric keel winch to a 21
Any comments would be helpful

hi. no. mine has a 12 to 1 block system which makes for lots of winching but relatively little force (when tailed).

Take a look at the 275 section for discussions of electric keel winches, and their problems. I now have an electro-hydraulic system that works very well.
