Well folks we have been "live aboards" on our 28 for nine monthe now and thoroughly enjoying it . We are westcountry marina based so no rowing ashore . We have made things a bit more comfortable by having a cockpit enclosure fitted which now gives us the full 28ft as usable space ,equivalent to that of a 35 footer I guess . The cockpit is furnished with decent upholstery and is used similar as a house conservatory . Another must is a dehumidifier and a decent TV . We use the laptop as a television connected to a glomax aerial .Wonderful picture at all times. If we are still happy at the end of winter then it will be time to sell the house , bigger boat and live the dream [;)]
