Hello, This year I raced in some very good but windy races, the pressures of which have left my boom with a twisting bend.

Since owning my Parker, I have changed the Boom Sheeting from the cockpit floor to a Harken Windward Sheeting travler on the coach roof.

I never thought of this as a problem---Does anbody with a 27 or 275 ever see the boom bending upward in heavy air? Is the extrusion for a 275 different from a 27?
