Would you like me to add a line on the membership form for DOB? I can think of a few who might wish to present a more youthful persona than that would (if truthfully completed) allow!

Why does Paul have a gold star and Don have two? Is it for productivity in which case I can see why he has to post as often as possible and why Don might not want him to. What is the threshold for stardom? Will I have to annoy Don as well if I want to get a star? [:)]

There you are children - the stars (a feature of Snitz Forums) have gone.

Why did I bother setting this Forum up - I ask myself.[?]

I've avoided this simmering conflict to date, but I have to say that I for one appreciate that you HAVE set up the forum, Don - I'm sure it was not the work of a moment so let's give thanks where it is due guys![:)]

I think the forum is terrific and very much enjoy reading everyone's contributions. The query about the stars was entirely lighthearted and I'm sorry if Don felt got at.[:I] I'm thinking of a new thread called Pimp my Parker where we can all send photos of our "improvements". Would that be acceptable? I'd love to show you my new Scanes Sails and Canvas red and grey spray hood and sail cover.

[:0]Eureka Kate! GOOD IDEA! Perhaps it need a seperate section (as in Technical in the Forum but 235 specific?).

Would love to see your spray hood, and over the year technical mods from each other could be really useful.[:D]

If people have really useful mods - can I request they send me the details for posting on the Maintenance/Modifications Page?

http://photobucket.com/  for your pictures - see Posting pictures on the Forums on the Forum Issues forum? To save space on the PSSA server (and cost to the Association) I'm not providing a facility for the direct posting of pictures, though the method I describe is just as efficient.
