Ryde Illuminated Carnival 1st September 2018 HW 15.45 4.5m
Just a reminder to put this date in your diary.
This rally is a new venture for PSSC however we have been to this carnival on a number of occasions and still keep coming back.
Please let us know if you intend to come, preferably by Monday 27th August so that we can book a suitable restaurant. We would aim to eat early so that we are ready for the carnival. We are aware of the various dietary needs so we will ensure there will be something on the menu for all.

As I am sure you know, Ryde is a drying harbor of reasonably flat sand.
We need 3m above chart datum to float with our boat Ariana with 0.8m keel, as HW is 4.5m on the day there should not be a problem for all boats that take the ground.

It is the last carnival of the season where each year thousands of spectators crowd the streets of Ryde Come and join the fun and soak up the heady atmosphere of the evening.

8.30 pm Procession moves off
