how do I take of my rudder off. my boat is a seal 28 without raising keel and rudder so I can get the propeller shaft out

Lars - removing the rudder needs a very deep hole in the ground! Easier to move the engine.

I have a possibility to lift the boat, so it isn't a problem to get the ruder out.
I would like to know how the rudder normally is fastened to the boat.

Lars - I moved the engine forward into the saloon to get the shaft out that way. I don't think dismounting the rudder will work, because it is the skeg in the way of the shaft coming out sternwards.
