The PARKER27 I own does not have any anodes, except for the one in the yanmar 1GM10 engine.

I have been puting on shaft anodes but noticed some vibration. This year I was wodering weather to fit on a hull anode ,

and not to bother with the shaft one.

Is this a bad idia?

The boat was only part finished by Parkers.

My P27 has a hull anode fitted, and I think this was as originally made by Parker. However, on my previous boats I have had shaft anodes and I have never had any problems with vibrations. Maybe the anode is starting to get loose? I have found that using Loctite or locking nuts is necessary to keep the anode on the shaft for the whole season.
