i thought that i would change the keel eyebolts this winter on my 4 year old 285
with a special tool made with a T handle the bolt came out easily so easy in fact that i thought that it had sheared off
It was only about 1 in long but complete,
Could any one explain the engineering behind a heavy keel being held by such a short bolt.
I was a bit surprised?
