Stromboli

Hi

I have a rotostay furler fitted to Stromboli & today it looks as if the forestay at the top may have broken.

I am planning to go up the mast next weekend to investigate, & am expecting to have to remove the the entire system for replace/repair.

I was thinking in the interim fitting a standard forestay, but I am not sure what size to order. Would anyone have the dimension to hand?

I was hoping to get one made up to take with me, rather than have several trips back and forth measuring.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Brian

Hi Peter

Thank you for your reply.

I have spoken to a rigger and they think the specs from sailboatdata might not be accurate enough for a forestay.

So I am going to get the tape mesure out 😀, might take a bit longer but probably better in the long run.

Thank you again for your time in replying.

Cheers

Brian
