"Mine"is 52 for a December build. I have gone for blue, but burgundy did look good. I had some good advice from this forum on options, and splurged a bit. Chose Tacktick instruments, a Garmin 276C plotter, ST1000 tiller pilot, LED interior lights, LED sailing and anchor lights, spinaker etc, and a fair bit more. Had excellent advice throughout from Bill Parker.

Because I sail off and on my mooring, and rarely use an engine I went for a Tohatsu 5hp 2-stroke saildrive that I intend to keep in the locker.

Looking forward to next season!

Thanks David - will add your advice to the 'pot', particularly the LED lights which I'd not considered. Did you go for a solar panel given your lack of motoring? Stephen

Yes I did. But the single panel option. Most of my time is spent day sailing at weekends. For longer trips I thought I would simply take another battery.

Hi Dave and Beryl - welcome aboard!

I have 235 number 51 in production at present - ironically we lived in Lincolnshire but moved to Tobermory two years ago, where our 235 "Exodus" will be moored. So we have a 12 hour winter trailing journey on the horizon - can't wait! Enjoy Rutland Water!
