Please join us at the RVYC, Wootton Creek, IW on Saturday 22nd August - home of six PSSA member boats. The tides are ideal with at least 0.5m depth on either side of the pontoon on both Saturday and Sunday. The outer end dries approx 1.0m above datum/inner end approx 1.5m.

Berthing - six boats should be able to berth alongside the pontoon on either side (with some negotiation to have some extra space not shown on the Berthing Plan). Unless there is a strong north-easterly, rafting should be OK as boats will be floating all the time. It may also be possible to have access to a deep water mooring - please ask and I will see what I can do.
Please let me know if you would like to arrive before approximately 1400 hrs (or the night before) so that we can accommodate any Saturday lunchtime visitors for Short Stays.
Bar and Galley
The Club Bar will be open from Sat 1100 - 1900 and Sun 1100 - 1500. Food will be available both lunchtimes but not on Saturday evening. The Clubhouse will close about 1900 on Saturday evening but the loos and showers will remain open.
Rally arrangements
Drinks and nibbles - Saturday 1730 on the lawn - please buy your drinks at the Club Bar.
Saturday evening meal - if the weather is good, I suggest we have a DIY BBQ (subject to fire restrictions) or cook aboard and gather on the lawn on a hopefully sunny evening so the wonderful view can be enjoyed.
If the weather is inclement, a retreat could be made to The Fishbourne Inn...................
Please book your place!
Please let me know if you plan to attend as soon as possible (by Friday 14th August at the latest so I can plan the berthing arrangements)
