Huge number of receipts and documents giving history, proving this boat has been looked after by three careful owners
The boat was purchased by me in 2022; she had been laid up for four years due to the last owners poor health. She was in poor condition and in need of some TLC.
I have since carried out a huge jobs and maintenance list and updated equipment as listed below.
On Deck
• All standing, running rigging and genoa was replaced with new by a rigger in Emsworth.
• Mast was fitted with new LED lights and wind speed indicator.
• New Log, wind speed, and depth sounder instruments renewed in 2023.
• Cockpit USB charge points installed
• All windows and hatches replaced with new.
• New Rocnor Vulcan anchor.
• New spray hood, stack pack bag for the main sail, fore hatch cover tiller cover and dodgers with boat name supplied and fitted by C&J Marine.
• Two sets of sails in excellent condishion, used Spinnika, like new Gennaker
• New jack safety lines running the length of the deck.
• Keel lifting eyes and keel roller replaced with new.
Below deck
• The salon timber has been carefully sanded back to bare wood and re-finished with six coats of varnish.
• Eberspachor heating system serviced.
• Interior lights replace with LED.
• New VHF,
• New Jobsco Loo and plumbing.
• New deep cycle AGM batteries 2024
• Engine serviced regularly with new cylinder Head fitted in 2023 and water pump overhauled in 2024.
• Bruntons three bladed feathering propeller overhauled in 2023 with complete service kit supplied by Bruntons
• Rudder professionally re-finished with white gelcoat
• New strong-arm winch fitted in fore cabin to raise and lower the Keel operated by remote
• Gas safety certification 2023
• CO2 alarm/ fire extinguisher/ fire blanket.
Two sets of sails current set in excellent condition serviced and cleaned in 2023.
New hull graphics professionally fitted.
Below the water line, all layers of antifoul have been completely removed by sand blasting in 2024.
Boat is in excellent condition, currently in Chichester harbour.
