Mistral had a survey and new rigging in 2022 and is an excellent example of a Parker Super Seal 26. She is fast and perfect for racing/cruising.She has a lifting keel, rudder and outboard engine which means she is very forgiving should you run aground or get something wrapped around the propeller.
These features also allow her to dry out on the beach or mud and you can also get into and anchor in the most beautiful spots around our coastline that are unreachable for most other yachts.
She is easily manageable with crew, or solo, as all lines come aft to the cockpit. She has comfortable accommodation for up to five and has an onboard real flame diesel heater (Taylors 79d) for use at either end of the season.
I have had so much fun sailing Mistral for the past four years, it'll be a shame to see her go. I wouldn’t be selling her if I hadn’t just bought a bigger yacht that requires all of my attention and time, therefore she now needs a new owner to show her love and experience the pure joy this yacht brings its owner.
She is based on the river Orwell and can be viewed there by appointment only.
