There are a couple if threads going now on the P27 forum about shallow-water rudders which are equally relevant to all the Seals and Parkers with swing-lifting rudders except the 28.
Here's my universal solution as on my P21.

One problem to bear in mind if motoring along with the blade lifted and the shallow water arrangement down is that random strangers will shout, wave and generally get excited trying to tell you that your rudder is up. I have managed to crash Beeline into a mooring chain and wrap it round the propeller while trying to hear what was being shouted at me. Be prepared to wave cheerfully and shout "yes I know" to all and sundry! [:)]
