Harlequin invites 'midweekers' to enjoy a few days of leisurely sailing between the 9th and 14th of August. Starting at Newtown and ending in Cowes for those who intend to join the Round the Island exponents. The Solent and Isle of Purbeck will be the arena and the tempo geared to conditions. I shall devise a program once the long range forecast is to hand. Copies of the likely anchorages and 'shower stops' will be available at Newtown, or posted to those who ask by e-mail beforehand.

PSSA Midweek Cruise 9th to 14th August

Starts from Newtown Creek, the venue of this weekend’s Rally.

Tides are decreasing to neaps. Shower stops are required at least every other day! Some ashore eating contemplated, possibly a BBQ at one beach location.

- HW 1415. Leave Newtown around 1300 proceed to Christchurch SC.

Mon 10th

-HW 1447. Leave Christchuch just before HW for Studland or Swanage

Tuesday 11th

-HW 1519. Redcliffe S.C. Wareham .

Wed. 12th

-HW 1554. Poole Hbr. location- Choice of Parkstone YC ,

or anchor off a suitable place for walk/BBQ

Thur. 13th

-HW1635. Yarmouth.

Friday 14th

-HW 1731. Cowes to join the Round the Island participants.
