Hello 275 fans,

I just returned from a week in the Norfolk Broads. The motor boat I was in had a heated shower in the heads and a pump to drain the tray. It was all rather pleasant and set me thinking. We've always carried a deck shower (of the fancy plastic bag variety) on our roof but we have to almost lay down on the deck to get the water to flow. I was wondering why we simply don't lead it down the heads hatch and shower in there, and pump out the water with our portable manual bilge pump.

The challenge seems to be that we have no low or drain point to enable an easy pump out into a bucket.

- Does anyone have a shower in their 275 heads?

- If yes, how is the water extracted please? Is there a hole to allow the water to run under the sink and collect there?

Cheers and thanks,

Ken

p.s. we do not lift the deck shower bag as it is large and heavy, and we do not particularly want to move to a smaller model

Yes I have one.

Under the toiler is a small electric (bilge)pump and exits nearthe drain of basin(sink) of the toilet. I have never used because of the cold WATER (brrrrrrr !)
