Has anyone built a trailer/launching trolley for a 31 ?
We wish to get the boat out of the water in Cardigan , and locally there is no crane facility. We wish to obtain a trolley or get one built.
So even a sketch of the relevant dimensions would be a help.

There's nothing very useful in the stuff that would have come with the boat from Parkers. What I'd do would be to get a couple of lengths of 2x2 longer than the max beam. Then sail round to a beach with nice hard sand and let the tide go out. Push the 2x2s under the hull at easily identified places (e.g. exactly below stanchions) one just ahead of the keel and the other somewhere behind the max beam point. Then crawl underneath and measure the height of the hull above the 2x2 at foot intervals from the centre line out to the waterline. This will give you the shape of the hull at those positions from which you could make a cradle. A cradle with wheels could work as a trolley.
