Does anyone know of a supplier of Dutton Lainson Strongarm winches?

The new owner of 275 Crystal has asked me as he cannot find Strongarm in Germany. I tried Trailertek which I used before but they no longer stock them.

Bainbridge Marine supply the Strongarm winch, the number is Q002920 for one with a clutch, or Q002919 without a clutch, which was the later type to be fitted to the 285, both are 1500LBS and the same dimensions and fixing holes.

Recently I discovered that a new winch via Bainbridge was £327 and with an 8 week delivery time. However a 'Reconditioned ' one direct from Dutton Lainson was only £165 including delivery. The delivery direct from Dutton Lainson in the USA was by air and the winch arrived less than 3 days after ordering. The winch appeared brand new! Replacement of a like for like winch was very straightforward and as the old one had lasted 16 years this seems like a reasonable arrangement.
