I see on Don's Calypso what looks like a Lewmar Delta - Don what weight is it and are you happy with it? My 'Bill fitted' original is a generic 12Kg plough and frequently drags - I have contemplated a Delta but am unsure of the optimum weight to use.

I sold the boat in 2008. Not being able to refer to the anchor now I guess it muat have been around 12-15kg. I never experienced any anchor dragging on the numerous times I used it.

Incidentally - I also had a Fortress anchor as standby and kedge. Weighs next to nothing but very effective.
