Bad luck for Ariel, apparently dismasted by a dredger, although I suppose a lot better than being sunk.

Gosh - how news spreads - mast, pushpit and pulpit destroyed, some stanchions bent, fortunately no apparent damage to the hull or deck. Any advice regarding choice of a replacement mast, headsail foil and stainless steel work would be much appreciated.!

Hi...........

I lost my mast in 2004. I contacted Bill Parker and found that the masts were made in Belgium or France by Z Spars...but were sold out to US Spars right here in Florida. Try this for help with a duplicate that you can purchase in Europe.

Yes, contact Z Spars - I had a replacement mast (for my P21) in 2009) and they will have all the drawings/details for the P27 masts
