I have a Parker 27 which I have great fun with
I regard it as a coastal cruiser despite the distances some sailors go in similar yachts
I am thinking of upgrading to a larger boat and wonder if I can get information on the 325 (or even the 31)

regarding longer travel, cross channel, around the North French Coast

How good are they in rough weather, heavy seas etc

The 27 has a small engine which does not have much power to make way in a roughish sea, behaves more like a dinghy (unlike a heavy keel yacht)

The 325/35 appears to be a lovely boat but there is very little information on them

I also gather they are as scarce as "hens teeth"

Any information would be much appreciated

Hello Barry
I could have sworn that I had posted a reply to this a couple of days ago.

Hi Barry,
I had a super seal 26 and I have found a Parker 325 in Germany. I was looking for this boat during one year. I have send a mail to all owners (in the PSSA book) and I had the choice between three one in the French Riviera, another in England, and the third one in Germany.I had seen the last one looking Parker 325/335 photos on google. But I chose this one because cheaper (35 000GBP or 41 000€),only one owner, a stick helm, a bow thruster, heating system and 6 months ashore every winter in boathouse.I had to buy a new ram(because the old one was corroded by electrosis) and I have change all the sails. And I have a very good boat now. I have found another Parker 325 at the same price and in very good conditions (with a wheel helm)in Germany. I wrote on PSSA forum to give the references if somebody interested: no answer.
Don't worry, you can find one!
Best regards
