I have purchased Footloose a Parker 21. Can anyone tell me anything about her history? I am also keen to know if anyone has fitted a locking devise to ensure the keel stays down? I sail from Southwold on the East Coast.

hi, i sail a parker 21 from tollesbury, mouth of the blackwater only a little south of you. I have only had the boat a year but have not experienced the keel riding up. Have run aground twice and have simply raised the keel each time [and rudder]
