Is there anybody who has his Seal 28 with fixed keel measured under IRC or ORC.

I would like to get my boat also measured but then i would have to get a measurer here and with a certificate i would be able to send it to the royal dutch yachting association (KNWV)and get things straightened out .

My preference goes out to IRC because that will be the new measurement system.
