Just replaced them myself.
You should find a couple of allen key grub screws holding the cutlass bearing in place, after cleaning off the muck around the bearing you should be able to draw it out. (prop shaft needs to be removed first)
I had wear in the prop shaft so replaced the shaft with a 1" new shaft, as 30mm was bigger than needed
