Noticed that my boat has heel to port despite battery and all tools loaded on starboard side, any ideas?

Hi,
Mine is very similar. Keel up or down, batteries in or out, and almost everything else moved, it does not seem to make any difference.

I just assumed it was the ‘attitude’ of the boat and does not seem to affect a performance.

Thanks John. As you say the boat is so light that a change in helm position soon corrects. I thought it may be an illusion caused by the mast set incorrectly, ie one shroud longer than the other making the mast lean to port and thus appearing to list. Have checked and it's not that. Mystery

I have attached a closed loop system that will give you an ongoing solution to your problem. It can be applied to all Parker and Seal boats.
Apologies, its a rainy day with not much to do.

I like Phill’s solution! 🍺 Little Grebe No.14 does exactly the same. I think Bill Parker was aware as my original paperwork shows the batteries to port but they have clearly always been to starboard. I’ve never managed to level up.

I think it's a Seal thing not just 235s, my P27 does it as well although I have managed to reduce it a little by moving the house batteries from port to starboard (2 x 105AHr batteries) and am looking at trying to do the same with the start battery as well. I'm also fitting a 10 litre calorifier and that is going on the starboard side of the space under the cockpit sole. It all helps.
