Despite our advanced age, i.e. two members of the team mid-80s, we are still winning which is upsetting most of our competitors. For many years, we have adopted the Byron system which, as you know, is based on measurement. I can’t locate any Parker 21s who race on a regular basis. Have you any ideas?

There is talk here of reverting to the RYA personal handicaps which I don’t like, and indeed, this was rejected by the club several years ago.

I am of course and aware of the new RYA system, which, as it is also based on measurement, should be very close to Byron
