Certificate for a Parker 31

Last question for today 😉 :

The Parker 31 that I will buy is under Polish flag, I will put it under the French flag and the administration wonder me a kind of "certificate of conformity". Is anyone have that kind of certificate (I think a UK certificate can do the job) ?

I believe what you are talking about and they require is the RCD certificate, but due to the age of these vessels, they were built before the RCD came into force, so I think you will find that the answer is, that they don't have one due to their age.
