I’m wandering if any Parker 21 owners are available for a call and advice around a Parker 21 I’m looking to buy this weekend.

Particularly around the Keel, and cockpit hatch. I’ve managed to find the previous, previous owner on here, but I’m unable to get hold of them as they’re no longer a member.

My concerns are around the keel being rusty and seeking advice on how concerned to be…
