We have just ordered a double skillet from www.doubleskillet.com . It was recommended to us by Peter and Clare who use one in conjunction with their Origo 3000 cooker aboard Tarka, their P235. http://www.sonofhibachionline.com/ . Google to find it around £78 (much less at boat show). It lights quickly, variable height cooking and you can put it away without mess even when glowing hot. What more could you ask for?
