Dear Forum Members,

I'm a new member to the PSSA and have recently taken up sailing, having lost my wife in 2009. I bought a Parker 285 named TASMAN, sail number 61, in August last year, sailed her down from Woodbridge, Suffolk and have her berthed at Gillingham Marina. Are there any members who live/sail in that area, who would like to meet up and share experiences? I'm looking for someone who would be interested in sailing with me so that I can take part in some of the cruises and rallies advertised. More than happy to explain more about myself to interested parties. I'm a qualified RYA Day Skipper, took part in the Brighton to Fecamp race and Round the Island race last year as a member of crew and made a return trip crossing the channel from Eastbourne to Dieppe.
