Would anyone be able to tell me what the correct length is for the spreaders on a Seal 22.

I have "FOLLY" a Seal Sinbad which has the 22 rig with spreaders of different lengths.

I am hoping to get the mast down over the next few weeks and am not sure whether to increase the size of the small spreader or decrease the size of the larger one, if that makes sense.[:)] Or if indeed I should leave them as they are.

The current sizes are 620mm & 560mm approximately.

Any help would be appreciated.
