It is with great sadness that I have to report that Ron Barnes passed away last week. Ron was a long time supporter of the Association and a keen sailor. His boat was called Maybe (of Gas Street Basin!) His wife Mita was our Newsletter Editor for many years. Margaret and I recall fond memories of rallies at Yarmouth YC and send our best wishes and condolences to Mita.

Further to my last posting, Ron Barnes' funeral is to be on Friday 24 May at 1.30 pm at Stourbridge Crematorium. Family flowers only but, if wished, donations to Parkinsons UK care of H Porter & Sons, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 3UJ
