I feel obliged to give a mention to NASA Marine to whom I posted my Clipper Duet one week ago today. It is now back in my hands with 2 new coax connectors and a new IC all for the princely sum of £28.50.

I'm assuming of course that it will work when I reinstall it, but what great service for so little money.

I had equally good service from them when my Supernova LED masthead light was knocked off the top of the mast and broke the supporting rod

Me too. NASA fixed my Clipper Duet, which was clearly rather old and I didn't buy it myself. Excellent service.

No experience of this myself, but all the above comments are confirmed by a friend of mine in Chichester Marina (a Westerly sailor, but then nobody's perfect [;)]) who similarly reports NASA going out of their way to fix things quickly and effectively. Isn't that nice in this day and age?
