Following a member's bad experience on visiting a particular marina recently he suggested that we should have somewhere on the SSA web where such experiences could be posted for the benetit of others. I'd like to know what members thought about this.

I could set up another forum or even a web page but would feel happier if it was also used by members to post good expariences also.

Views please.

Yes, it was me who found the worst place to stay in the solent (south?)
I have also found many good places.
I would suggest a section where not only marinas, but anchorages, quays, etc could be included. This could also include eateries, for evening, and breakfast (my favourite).

Sounds a good idea. I haven't yet found a really unpleasant place in the Solent!

Anchoring in the Thorney channel was very pleasant the other day - somewhere I had not stayed for any length of time.
