My water pipe comes through the deck on the rear starboard side. It appears to be bolted down. (I undid a screw and heard a nut fall off). I wanted to remove the pipe running from the filler to the tank (it is revolting!) I cannot find a way to get access to the bottom of the filling point to remove either it or the pipe.

It appears that it must have been fitted before the rear bulkhead was added - or am I missing something is there some clever way of getting to that area of the boat?
