I am planning to replace the Setamar 20ST winches on my 275 Beeline as I have broken one and getting spares/training new crew to use them is tricky. My crew wants BIG lewmar self tailers. What do others use? Could I fit a 30ST or would that be too big? Ideas welcome

I have Lewmar self tailers for the Foresail. I cannot remember the model off hand - will check and let you know. I would say self tailers are eseential.
Cheers

I think that Lewmar 16ST are the standard fit. These are single speed self tailers and work fine for both the genoa and blade jib. If replacing you might want to consider upgrading to 30STs which are two speed.
