I have just converted my twin axle RM road trailer to a yard trolley with a single axle yard trailer bogey (from RM trialers, no bearings or brakes to rust). Now sits lower which should make it easier to launch/recover.
Cutting the bolts and replacing the bogey took about 3 hours for me and my son, including launching and recovering the boat.
I now have 4 road wheels to scrap, (and bogey) if anyone needs a spare wheel please feel free to take whatever you need. The old bogey is behind Sandy Lady (at Bucklers Hard) until I get round to taking it to the tip, probably in 2 to 3 weeks time.
